ENERGY CALORIFERS
Intended use:
Energy calorifers made of steel tubes with welded spiral-wound finning are designated for air preheating prior to its passing to gas air heaters of solid-fired, liquid-fired and gas-fired boilers and their application in ventilation and air heating systems of power and industrial plant facilities.
Design:
The package unit of steam calorifers consists of vertical heat-release elements, steam distribution connectors with steam supply nozzles, steam trap collectors with condensate extraction nozzles, residual gas extraction fitting, metal framework with sheathing used to avoid air leakage outside heating surface. Heat -release elements and framework of hot-water calorifers package unit are similar to steam calorifers. The difference between two calorifer types is in the availability of 2-stage circuit of heating medium passage.
