LOW-PRESSURE PREHEATERS

Intended use:

Low-pressure preheaters are designated for regenerative feedwater heating in steam turbine regeneration systems by cooling and condensation of steam collected from turbine intermediate stages.
Low-pressure preheaters manufactured by «BASET» Research & Production Company are designated for completing turbine plants of any capacity from 50 to 1200MW.

Design:

Low-pressure preheaters manufactured by "BASET" Research & Production Company are vertical cylindrical devices with top-mounted main condensate chamber and heat transfer surface made of U-shaped stainless tubes fixed in tube sheets by tube expanders. Some preheaters have built-in steam cooling zones (ОП) and condensate cooling zones (OK).
