SURFACE-TYPE EVAPORATORS AND STEAM TRANSFORME

Intended use:

Evaporators for water treatment systems with heating surface from 120m² to 1000 m² are batch-manufactured in compliance with GOST 107З1-В5.

The evaporators are designated for recovery of distillate replenishing steam and condensate loss in steam-turbine power plant cycles and for steam generation for common services and outside customers.

Design:

The evaporator is a vertical-type vessel with the following basic components: the evaporator vessel itself, heating section and two-stage steam washers.

The heating section is fixed inside the vessel and consists of a cylinder course, two tube sheets and tubes crimped into tube sheets of heat exchange surfaces.

Two steam washers and a corrugated scrubber for steam humidity reduction are mounted inside the evaporator vessel, above the heating section.

Application of two-stage steam washers and the corrugated scrubber enables to receive high-quality steam complying with heat power plant operating and maintenance rules.

The steam transformer differs from standard evaporators in that it has two evaporating stages and that its heating section body is combined with the evaporator vessel.
