Intended use:
Specialized water steam generation boilers of various parameters may be of forced-circulation and natural -circulation type, the hydrodynamic organization in evaporating heating surfaces of which is essentially different. Medium capacity steam boilers are used in power engineering forelecticpowerproductionand generation of steam consumed by process and household users.
«BASET» Research & Production Company specializes in manufacturing medium capacity steam boilers including natural-circulation boilers with outlet pressure from 36 MPa (14 kp/cm2) to З,9 MPa (40 kp/cm2), ), boiler output from 10 t/h to 160 t/h, feed water temperature from 105 °C to145 °C and steam temperature at the saturation line or with superheating up to 440 °С.
Either conventional fuels, such as natural gas, fuel oil and coal, or non-conventional fuels, such as coke and blast-furnace gas, agricultural wastes: sunflower seed husks, rice husks, wood wastes are used as steam generation fuel.
Steam boilers are manufactured in compliance with Technical Regulations of the Customs Union.
