FOR CCGT UNITS WITH THE CAPACITY OF 450 MW
Intended use:
Drum-type WHB is designated for high and low pressure steam generation and hot water generation by heat recovery from exhaust gas passing to waste-heat boilers after V-94.2 gas turbine plant with the capacity of 150 MW. Natural gas is used as main and reserve fuel.
Design and function:
The waste-heat boiler is designed as a single-furnace vertical boiler with forced fluid circulation in high and low pressure boiling loops and heating surfaces suspended to inherent boiler carcass via intermediate metal structures.
The waste-heat exchanger is gastight due to its metal lagging.Water-steam circuit of the boiler consists of separate high and low pressure loops. High pressure loop includes single-phase preboiling surface,evaporating surface and suprheating surface. Low pressure loop includes evaporating and superheating surfaces.
Workable WHB load control range is 100%...50% of base load.
The waste-heat boiler is equipped with process parameters control system, interlock and protection system, regulating system necessary for operating control, safe and cost-effective operation and reliability and economic efficiency analysis.
